The institute also organises frequent lectures and seminars by guest academicians. The topics of these lectures have included the fundamentals of construction, sustainable water resource management, climatology for energy efficiency in buildings, the design of RCC (reinforced cement concrete) structures and alternative construction technologies for load-bearing masonry structures, among others.
